We offer apartments to meet the needs of all kinds of people, from you, the working professional, to families looking to spend a few days in the City of Saints.


With the help of Anna Reixach in the design and management of the project, and the finishing touches by Beth Montoro from NouÚs, we have created a chic and premium atmosphere that blends restored antique elements with modern style.


The walls have been stripped, revealing majestic arches, and false ceilings have been removed to uncover strong wooden beams. The high and elegant ceilings will welcome you. The rest… you’ll have to come and see for yourself.


And without compromising on the conveniences of modern technology, the apartments are equipped with smart home automation for easy entry and exit, fiber-optic internet, a fully equipped kitchen, dreamy bedrooms, and a plasma TV for relaxation and entertainment.


Sustainability is also our priority: the wood used comes from sustainable forests, the bathroom faucets feature an innovative energy-saving system, the lighting is low-consumption, and existing elements from the original house have been reused and given a new life.
